The Electric Meter Jumper Lead sets are a convenient and safe method to prevent a customer outage during a meter removal or change-out. Constructed from #6 AWG highly flexible insulated copper and come in two models.
The ferrule ends are machined of solid copper for utmost performance and beveled for easy push on installation. Simply push the meter lead end over the bypass horn and turn the knurled handle until the lead is tightly secured in place.
Leads are available with a 100 AMP breaker option (USJL-002). The resettable single pole 240 volt hydraulic breaker allows for added safety and protection of property.
Optional Carrying Bag
The optional carrying bag is constructed of heavy duty water resistant fabric and has a rugged polymeric base. Features include adjustable security straps, metal hinged opening, and heavy duty carrying straps.
