Utility Solutions offers a high-strength insulated probe option for use in switching applications where additional insulation is required, such as indoor substations, as well as other tight-quarter cabinets. The insulated probe is machined from Garolite, which offers low moisture absorption and a good strength to weight ratio. Insulating fiberglass probe and low profile cap are ideal for tight quarters.
All Utility Solutions straight sticks are manufactured from the highest quality electrical grade fiberglass. Wall thickness has been engineered to provide the utmost in mechanical strength to meet the rigors of in field pushing, pulling or twisting of stubborn equipment.
Each stick interior is filled with a high performance closed cell foam to prevent water absorption. The stick exterior has been chemically sealed to provide a smooth surface texture for easy cleaning.
All BLUE STRIPE® Fiberglass Sticks are manufactured to meet industry standards including OSHA, ASTM and IEC as applicable.
